Hmm.. my brother in-law asked me how to download mp3 file from mirc channel. I am too lazy to show him, furthermore I am configuring the blog and doing researches of wordpress.

So, this is how to download mp3 file from mirc.

1. Open Mirc

2. Connect to Webnet Server

3. Join #mp3melayu channel

4. to search the file you want, type @find filename e.g. @find fort minor

5. Wait until somebody message you and list the available files, if any.

6. copy from ! to .mp3 from the list and paste to the main channel window. e.g. “!hisnickname Fort Minor - The Rising Tied - 11 - Get Me Gone.mp3” without quotes.

7. And wait for you turn. This may takes from couples of seconds to hours. To view your que status type @hisnickname-que. Do not get out from the channel! In the mean time, you might want to find other file

8. When it is your turn, he will dcc you the file. Click “accept” if your mirc do not auto accept file. As the default, the file will be downloaded to your sound folder in the mirc’s directory, e.g. c:\Program Files\Mirc\Sound
