Ok. Look at these picture I got from Proton’s website. Its the new car model from proton, Proton Neo. It is said to be the replacement model for the current Proton Satria.

An information from a trusted source said, the Prime Minister, Dato’ Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi will launch Proton Neo this Friday June 16th, 2006.

The long awaited 3-door hatchback, publicly known as SRM (Satria Replacemet Model), will have two versions; 1.3L and 1.6L which will be priced between RM 45,000 to RM 55,000, which is in the price range of Proton Savvy and Proton Gen2.

Proton believe that the new Proton Neo will help them to get back in control in Malaysia passenger car market which has fell to 30% in April. I do not know how they would do that with a compact 3-door car

It is two more days to launch, I hope, Proton will not sue me for publishing this pictures . Anyway, I got this pictures from Proton’s website before it was taken down.
