If I knew Picasa is this good…
If I knew the Google Picasa software is this good, I would download it earlier!
Today, I felt bored. So, I sat infront of my computer and started to read some headlines news from Google News. A news that cought my eyes is “Google Launches Picasa Web Album” from BetaNews.com. Picasa users now allowed to upload their photos to a website (using the software) and share it to others, just like Flickr and Photobucket.
I knew about Picasa, a free desktop photo management software from Google, since it’s first launched. But, I think it is like any other photo software out there. Actually, I have used ACDSee software too view photos for many years, until about a year ago when I thought ACDSee has became too complicated for my usual need, and my old computer could not handled it anymore. Then I change to Irfanview until yesterday.
Today, after I read the news, I have one thought.. how about a try? So, I downloaded and installed it and…
Walaaa!! This software is so damn cool! It automatically organized my photos by years and folders. The interface is also very gooood and cool too! I also think that the photos have become more attractive (might be because of the color adjustment by Picasa (may be!)), but trust me, I tell you the truth.. the photos have became more alive, especially when I viewed using the slideshow feature. You may read it’s other features here.
Ok, now what? I think, I will continue using this software. Unfortunately, I do not have a Gmail account, so I cannot upload my photos to the web and get those free 250MB storage space
