Installing Internet Explorer 7: Bypass WGA
INTERNET EXPLORER 7 Final Bypass for Windows XP SP 2
THESE STEPS MUST BE DONE BEFORE INSTALLING IE 7. If you do not
do this first then the install will NOT WORK! Before doing
this crack or install you should have Windows XP SP 2 installed.
1. Go to \windows\system32 folder, and delete LegitCheckControl.dll file.
(Note: If you unable to delete the file, restart your PC into Safe Mode, and try again)
If the file does not exist curently then go to step 2.
2. Copy LegitCheckControl.inf, LegitCheckControl.dll
   to the \Windows\System32 folder.
(If you haven’t deleted LegitCheckControl.dll, simply replace the existing DLL and INF)
Optionally you can copy normaliz.dll to the \windows\system32 directory as well
at a later date in the instructons we will be updating this anyways.
If you are unable to copy the files to the \windows\system32 directory
and you are getting an error message restart the PC into safe mode and
   try again.
3. If you’re in Safe-Mode, restart your computer now. If you are not in safe mode
   go to step 4.
4. Go into the Update Folder and run update.exe (Do not run iesetup.exe).
5. At the end of the successful IE7 installation process, you will be asked to restart Windows,
DO NOT RESTART Windows now! Click on the box ‘Do not restart now’ and then
  select the ‘Finish’ button.
6. Still in the update folder run xmllitesetup.exe (Hotfix for Windows XP KB915865)
to install or actualize the file xmllite.dll, otherwise there may be problems
with menubars such as some items are missing or incomplete, or tabs is not working
  or not appearing.
7. In the update folder again Run the update NlsDl.exe
(Microsoft National Language Support Downlevel APIs).
8. In the update folder run IdnDl.exe
(Microsoft Internationalized Domain Names Mitigation APIs).
This update will also install the normaliz.dll which is absolutely
  needed for Windows system restart,
thus eliminating the need to manually copy the normaliz.dll
9. Restart the PC
