Taiwan’s Earthquakes - Cables Damaged

(Visited 614 times)

The earthquakes scaled from 6.7 to 7.1 richter, in Taiwan on Tuesday November 26th, affected the undersea optical cable, which disrupted the Internet connection to international web sites especially to the US.

I have no problem accessing Gmail, Google nor Adsense web sites. May be they have mirrored site here in Malaysia. I do not know why local sites seem to be a little bit faster than usual. Unfortunately, Yahoomail cannot be accessed at all.

I do not know where this neyokes.com server is located, because the reseller is from Malaysia, but it also extremely slow.
